@ For presenters with multiple accepted papers, a 35% discount will be applied to the registration fee for the second and any subsequent papers.
For example: If author ‘A’ submits two papers then registration amount will be

Terms and Conditions:

  • Breakfast, working lunch, tea & snacks during breaks, and Gala dinner.
  • Registration is mandatory for all participants.
  • At least one of the authors of every accepted paper must register for the conference (as presenter) at appropriate rate as per the applicable category.
  • Authors claiming subsidized registration fees for IEEE members/students need to produce valid IEEE membership card and/or valid Institute student ID card in the registration counter at the time of reporting for conference failing which they will be required to pay the applicable balance registration fee of the relevant category.
  • The Registration Fee is Non-Refundable and must only be paid through online mode.
  • Conference Registration Fees includes,
    • A conference kit
    • Admission to all conference sessions (regular sessions/tutorials/exhibitions)
    • Official presenter/attendance certificate
